Spigen slim armor scratched my phone

Hi all, just a psa, my spigen slim armor has left scratches on the top metal edge of my phone.

Oh well, I guess this won't be listed in "mint" condition when I sell it!

Now, do I really need a case going forward or should I just use insurance and careful handling...

Same here. On the top and bottom chamfurred (however you spell it) edges. I think from taking the case off and on. Really sucks. I am rethinking using a case but man if I dropped it without a case that would really be bad.
