Same here. Just the usual Premium signup within the app. I don't see anything in the Shop Samsung app promotions page either.

That's odd are you already a premium member or already have a paid Spotify account. Maybe it only works for new accounts. Because I never had a paid subscription.

Yes, only works for new accounts. I had to create a new one, my subscription expires February 22, 2020.
