Spotty Wifi

Are there any known issues with the N20U and spotty wifi? My husband is constantly sayung he has spotty wifi but when he turns it off and goes to straight VZW no problem. We just had our network checked out last week and no issues with anything else in the house including my soon to be upgraded S9+.

Are there any settings to tweak on his phone...it is an unlocked N20U on VZW.

Hi, can go to settings>general management>reset >reset network

Did that and it helped a little. However he is still only getting a single bar maybe two while my S9+ is getting 3-4 bars. His SIM card was replaced in last few days to upgrade from his old Note 8 card.

Ok did a little digging around internet. Turns out that it appears to be a known issue and an interim fix is to turn off Location Accuracy. Supposedly they are working on a fix but by turning it off my husband's wifi signal went from a single bar to 4 bars.

I recently upgraded my router at home via Fios...thought it was odd at times my phone would be slow loading pages....your find above solved this for me...thank you!
