Troy and Warrenton have always been a part of the St. Louis area. The market lines have been drawn up for sometime. The "St. Louis" market area with any cell phone provider, television station, and radio station is out west to Montgomery City, up north to Eolia, down south to Fredericktown, and out east to some place in Illinois.

OK if you use that theory then I should be griping cuz I don't have 4g.... since that someplace in Illinois is my hometown of Flora....
