Sprint blocking WMA streaming?

Is it just me or is Sprint blocking WMA streaming on their network? For instance on Tunein radio, stations streaming WMA will not stream over 3G, but will stream over WiFi. However streaming any station that is streaming MP3, AAC or whatever work perfectly fine over 3G? Anyone else care to verify? In tunein go to Missouri, and Columbia, and see if u can stream 96.7 KCMQ.

NO!

Its more than likely your speed to their network. Sprint 3G speeds are horrid! This is why I left Sprint a few weeks back. But also keep in mind I could be wrong.

Take this app and install it. Do a few speed tests. Do it about 4-5 to get a real feel for your download and upload speeds.

ALSO NOTE > WMA files are HUGE compared to an MP3 and so one. So really streaming these files on any network is a bad idea!

I hope this helps you. As far as I know Sprint does not block any sorta traffic.
