Sprint Coverage Update

I just called Sprint and you know the menu that pops up before the call goes through? Well there was a coverage update on there and you click it. It looks like it updates your PRL and I've done that but who knows maybe it does improve coverage.

I just called Sprint and you know the menu that pops up before the call goes through? Well there was a coverage update on there and you click it. It looks like it updates your PRL and I've done that but who knows maybe it does improve coverage.

A PRL won't necessarily make any difference to anything at all in your area. They could add one new tower or delete one tower, thousands of miles away from where you live, and that could be all that is in the PRL update.

It is a good idea to update your PRL before taking a trip somewhere, but people get far too excited about it.
