SPRINT G3 WiFi calling

Wifi calling on my Sprint G3, stopped working, giving me the "unable to authenticate" error. Any one else have an issue? I've tried setting/saving the address. forgetting and then finding my router, and even the ##72786#, all with no luck.

Are you still able to connect and use whatever Wi-Fi that you are connected to?

I would like to revisit this post.

I got my Sprint lg g3 in November. It had no Sprint Splash Screen when I got it from Best Buy....

Currently, it is non-rooted....and not upgraded past V6. I am waiting for lollipop like the rest.

I have no wifi-calling icon, and searched the phone for any trace of it. It is not there.

I did a factory reset this morning, and it is still not there.

Any suggestions? I really do not want to go into the sprint store, especially around here I have not found much help.
