Sprint Galaxy Nexus S stuck in boot animation

I recently rooted and unlocked my Nexus along with flashing CW recovery with a little trouble. Somehow JB was stuck in the boot animation so I had to flash an older ICS ROM. This ROM works fine. Now the OTA JB update will not install. Even after unrooting and locking the bootloader again. So, I Re Rooted and unlocked the phone to try to install a custom JB rom. Now everytime I install a JB ROM it gets stuck at the boot animation. I've tried three custom roms and they all do the same thing. Anyone have any ideas why JB ROMS are getting stuck? btw.. I wait 5-10 minutes for it to start up. Any help will be appreciated.
