Sprint Hash Codes With Custom Rom?

Any custom rom have working sprint hash codes? For example ##775# code will pull up manual prl update

My understanding from reading some of the XDA threads, was that there is a significant amount of work required to get those to work, so most devs aren't really putting too much time into it since you rarely use it.

So it may work on some ROMs, but I wouldn't expect them to work on the more advanced, ambitious, or experimental ROMs.
