Sprint HTC One 4.3 Wi-fi issue

Wonders if anyone has same issue. I turn on the Wi-fi and use it. Than the signal disapears. When i try to turn wi-fi off it wont. i have to restart my phone

Nevermind- Its because i had on that Wi-Fi always scan feature in 4.3 if this thread can be deleted please do

Actually, I do not have that feature turned off, but my wifi keeps connecting and disconnecting randomly... It's kind of a pain... I performed a factory reset, and it seems to be better, but still have the issue. Any suggestions?

I just downloaded 4.3 and now it says I'm connected to my wireless router but I keep getting a message "Wi-Fi sign-in required". When I tap to sign in, it takes me to a comcast page that says "We've detected one or more of your services are disconnected." But my wireless says I'm connected and it appears to be loading webpages- I just can't get the "sign-in required" message to go away.

Im not with Sprint but my Rogers HTC One on 4.3 is having some wifi connectivity issues as well.it seems to cut in and out randomly.when its connected its great but it seems to fall out every few minutes, very annoying.HTC fix this with an update asap!! not sure if it was the same on 4.2 because i just got the phone and updated right away...
