Sprint HTC One: Media Share Problem

I'm trying to set up the Media Share feature on my One (M7) and app seems to get stuck. I get to the Settings screen I tap where it says "Share my media files", but nothing happens. Am I missing something or doing something wrong.

I also select the Refresh option but I get the error, "Error to to refresh database, please start the server."

Any help would be nice.

No solution yet? Why do they put this crap on these phones when the crap won't work, thus the reason for rooting a phone
