Sprint Insurance VS BB black tie

Here is the scenario, i rarely lose my phone (2-3 claims in last 4-5 yrs)
SO i'm really trying to go for the least expensive for my needs. Can you guys give me some feedback to see which one i should keep.

Sprint just raised their deductible up from $100.00 to $150.00 this month and monthly from $7.00- to $9.00 under $580.00 anything higher is -$11.00
