Sprint just officially announced the HTC Evo 4G LTE in white

It seems only Sprint stores are selling the white one currently, that too for $199. The black one is available at Amazon wireless for $79...that's a HUGE difference!
Does anyone know if the white is available at any 3rd party retailers or when will it be available?

Why can't they simply just keep the ball of the device ONE FREAKING COLOR/type of material?

The original would be beautiful if they made the whole back glossy or plain black instead of both.

Now it's part silver and part white, WTF?

Agree best phone ever while every phone out now have to be stuck with one color lol. But the EVO get the special treatment we get to have 2 colors on our phone that winning no other phone have two-toned paint job but the EVO good way to stand out and think outside of the box

i get that it's different and i do like a white phone, but what about it is exclusive? it's not like you're one of 100 people that have a white evo. anyone can get one. hardly exclusive...

That true but I don't see many people with it Unless it iPhone or S3 I hardly see people with the EVO in White where I live. But it different in other cities.
