Sprint LG G2 - Group Messaging FAIL.

Stock app never worked, Textra never worked... it sends as separate messages and garners separate replies!!!

ANY IDEAS?

GoSMS doesn't work, Handcent is also a FAIL...

Installed all these programs and uninstalled then retried Textra w/ the Group Messaging MMS option again... and it works.

GOsms works for me...you gotta check off the MMS group text box at the bottom of the send&receive settings

It doesn't come turned on by default. Pun's right... you need to turn it on.

I am aware of all the settings it still didn't work... in then end It was something with Handcent once I reinstalled it and then uninstalled it again everything worked....

Having group messaging issues and have tried all of the third party apps. Goals, tetra, chomp sms and handcent.
I am the only one that can't get this to work? Tried installing installing all multiple times. Handcent would be my preference... Any further suggestions?

I was having the same prob couldn't get anything to work, i finally went with "textra" (to get textra to work, open Textra App, Click on the little Gear (or cogwheel) in the top right corner, scroll down to the MMS Section, and check the box the says: "Use MMS for Group Chats" and then click done in the top right corner.

And thats it!


It worked for me, hope it works for you. (My brothers have I phones and I wasn't able to see their texts, when they were trying to Group Chat with me)
