Sprint LG G2 - text message

I have noticed on some of my text messages i get after the persons message it say [CB] then the persons phone number. Im guessing it means call back then their phone number. Is there any way of removing this?

That's there phone sending it to you. We all have a setting that says send callback number, if they have it checked then that's what comes to you. It's not your phone, it's theirs, all you can do is tell them to turn it off in their settings.
