well, i'm dumb (i was reminded today).... got the zip OTA off of XDA, put on internal storage, tried in SD storage... just can't seem to have the recovery boot mode see it. oh, well...

I received an OTA update. Everything working great so far. Haven't noticed a huge improvement in battery life, but it's hard to tell with holiday phone usage.

I find it really crazy that it has been like 12 days now and still no update, did they stop rolling it out because it is ridiculous that it takes this long to receive a ota. Get your crap together sprint!!!

So you are upset at Sprint for being the first US carrier to announce and begin rolling out the update for the G4 all because it hasn't been pushed to you in the 12 days since it was announced even though there have been 4 weekend days and a major holiday during that time? Wow.

No real issues with 6.0 here, either - just came in overnight in the Atlanta area. Just a few apps that went to the Android logo I had to uninstall/reinstall & now they display properly.

Just updated mine. First thing I noticed opening the LG mail app is that the check boxes to multi-select emails are gone.

I delete many more emails than I read, so now have to delete them one-by-one.
