Sprint M8 Root

Anyone know how to root on a Sprint M8? I tried the Weaksauce method but it keeps force closing the app as soon as I install and hit the I Agree option.

Is a bootloader unlock required for Weaksauce?

weaksauce is for verizon only. You need to unlock the bootloader, install a custom recovery, i recommend TWRP and either flash supersu in recovery or you can flash a custom rom or a stock rooted rom.
