Sprint Mobile Data problems

No we're leaving still! And today Sprint even offered to lower my bill he didn't say how much. I made a Facebook post and so many of my friends here in town said they love Verizon and it's the best and they never have signal problems. Even if its a bit more everyone said it's worth it.

But their insurance is cheaper too at Verizon and if my dad can switch and his I phone 8 unlocked works we will get 40 bucks off bill he said for 4 lines. That's better than my work discount now with Sprint I have 3 lines.
I think once you move forward you going be happy again.

I know I can't wait to switch! Juts trying to figure out if I will have 4 people or not cause it will be cheaper. And I really need my dad on there for the military discount. Going to the store tomorrow. My friends S7 from Sprint won't work. She doesn't want to pay much more. I don't know whether to get her to buy an S9 out right unlocked she would be fine with a 9 or Verizons deal is 300 off of any S10 with trade in and she would have to pay for 24 months and of course get the cheapest which is the S10E. Plus she gets a 200 MC if she does the 24 month installment and me and hubby get 150 for porting numbers.

I made a FB post and so many of my friends commented and said they have Verizon and love it and some switched from AT&T to Verizon and a couple had t mobile which I don't even want to consider. I'd rather pay a little more and have Verizon if I have to.
 
Wife had the data problem when data was turned on. Went into sprint chat on my properly functioning s9 and they are aware of the problem. Told her to take phone to sprint corporate store and they will exchange as they are aware of the problem.
 
Our signals so much better now it wasn't so great before the s10 problem but so I'm glad we switched.
 
Has anyone that has requested their replacement s10 through asurion,actually had their phone shipped to them yet? I created my claim on 4/17/19 and it's still on backorder. I have the ceramic black s10 plus 1TB.

I've created my claim with Asurion on 19th and it's still showing as back ordered. Been checking claim status daily. S10+ black
 
Wife was just told she has to take it into a Sprint store with a technician. Directly contradictory to what online Sprint was passing information wise. She is going to head to the authorized store after work tomorrow.

Call them out, refuse it and demand them to mail you a new one! Have you been escalated to executive services already?
 
Did not get escalated, any ideas on how?

They usually contact you and then request a DM. Tell them you've updated FW, prl opportune and read online about all the issues. Request executive services to call you and request a replacement nicely.
 
As an update. Wife took into the sprint store and confirmed her phone is affected. Told her will put her on replacement list and to expect her new phone in 3 weeks. They'll call her and she has to go back in.

I'd say not yet, I'm waiting for replacement phone from Sprint/Asurion which is back ordered.
Another update might be coming April 30th, people are saying on Sprint forums!!

I have been waiting on my replacement phone for 13 days now. I am very frustrated with the issue.
