Sprint Nexus 6 Bluetooth not working?

I have the bluetooth turned on but it wont find available devices. even in my car when I know its working as I have an other phone hooked into my hands free .. has anyone else had this problem?

How odd.
Mine paired with the aftermarket Pioneer unit in my car.
I did have to pair it from the phone, not the radio. Not sure if that mattered.

I paired it rental Honda accord. You have to be in the bluetooth setting for it to be searchable from the car. Just turning it on does not allow it to be discovered.
