Sprint Note 3 audio problem

Does anyone still have the audio problems with the Note 3 that were reported last year? The fix that Sprint supposedly sent still does not work with my Note 3. It only occurs during phone calls. Playing music or the audio of streaming video sounds fine but the phone call audio sounds like the speaker vibrates or is audio overload.
