Sprint Note 3: security update after KitKat

Chris- How did you get rid of this? I went in and can only find everything under Samsung Security updates which let me click on force stop but that is all. When I did go in the way you suggested then I did get to see all the "virus type" sketchy stuff it does, my biggest problems was because it freezes my phone on the lock screen all damn day long! Even when I need to answer a call. JUST NEED TO TAKE IT OFF! But I realyl dont want to do a factory reset if I dont have to.

I didn't actually get rid of it, this was happening on my Galaxy S4, I have the note 3 now and have rooted and rom'd my phone, which give me the capability of changing app permissions, so I can decide what apps have access to and what they don't have access to

I fixed it by going into Application Manager under the "All" tab and finding the Security Policy Updates and first clicking "Clear Cache" and then "Force stop" and then going to the Security area in settings and then telling it to manually check for a update

It was a success :)
