Sprint Phone App

After making a call or receiving a call there is now an ad after every use. I have no idea how to disable this. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you saying that you have a special phone app from Sprint, or simply that you have Sprint as a carrier?

Chances are that you unwittingly installed adware alongside some other app. Uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
