can a sprint galaxy s2 be used with a verizon plan? maybe through unlocking or rooting... my area has awful sprint service however i love my NEW phone i just bought. but sprint doesnt even allow me to use youtube and android market usually just times out so i want to switch back to verizon and take my phone with me.... all i have is my MSL but from my understanding i may also need a SPC code....

Sprint wont let that happen and Verizon will not activate another carriers phone on its network.

As mentioned above, there is a way to manually push a PRL to your phone so you will always be roaming on Verizon. But if you go over a certain amount of usage Sprint will send you a letter and/or email telling you to knock it off. Keep doing it and they'll likely terminate your account.

i thought by unlocking the service provider code... it can be used on any cdma networks. verizon may not activate it but i thought u can activate it yourself over the phone by changing your sprint SPC to 000000 for verizon networks.
