I've been with Sprint for 15 years. Their customer service used to be abysmal. Now though, I have to agree. I want LTE coverage.

Customer service is still a big deal. But right now I rather have LTE coverage or at least faster 3G speeds. Can't even get 1mbps.

Thats not best customer service, thats most improved. Old Sprint set the bar pretty low so they had a lot of room for improvement. That said I've had incredible cs experience with Sprint since the Palm Pre launch. Data service not so good, but when I've had a problem they could actually fix they've been fantastic.
