Sprint Rewards Me issue for SGS4

So about a week and half ago almost 2 weeks I bought the Samsung S4 from the Sprint Rewards Me program that only Sprint Employees get.
But there has not been a shipped to me or any word on if I will even get the phone? I want to know is there anyone out there having the same issue?
I call and email but the lady keeps saying when they gives us the tracking number we will give it to you but shes been saying that for over a week now.
Im being patient but I just want to know if I was the only one with this issue or did anyone who bought the S4 and has already gotten theirs?
