Sprint Samsung Note2 Text and battery issue

Has anyone encountered these issues after the 4.4 update..... my texts insert random spaces and don't remember my preferred words, and now more recently the batbattery life is just draining.

Thanks! And the last update was the 4.4. I've cleared all cache already. I recently read other people experiencing the double spacing but haven't seen anything in relations to battery

Done the cache clearance, still same issue with txting double spacing especially when prediction is turned on.
Appreciated any further advice ?

It may be a glitch specific to the Samsung Keyboard app in Lollipop. Do you have any problems with alternate keyboards, like Google Keyboard or SwiftKey?

Might try a different keyboard... but I did notice performance is back to normal once I started using the orginal battery that came with the phone even the charge level is ok... seems livable between two batteries not easy to find none chines ones for the note 2 these days.
