I downloaded HD Widgets from the play store to get the clock/weather widget at the top. This clock is one reason I liked HTC phones so much. But after having the Galaxy S3, I will probably only get phones from the Samsung Galaxy series from now on. I would really love to get the Note. But I digress... lol. HD Widgets cost me $1.99 but was well worth it. They have a bunch of very attractive widgets that are fully customizable to suit your needs.

Something else I really love is how you can group your apps into folders on your home screens. =) That way you don't have to crowd the screen with a ton of apps.

This is my 2nd page...

I listen to music with my phone often so I centered this page around that and put all my other apps I use for entertainment in the Media folder. I like Tiny Flashlight + LED's widget much better than the stock one. I find the stock flashlight widget to be too big and unattractive. It works just like a switch; it doesn't have to open the whole flashlight app to work like some of the flashlight widgets out there.

I've been trying to think of a layout for a third page but I haven't had the need for one yet. These two pages work perfectly for me. Also less widgets = more battery life.

Hope I've been able to help some of you who need ideas for customizing your home screen. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. You can reply on this thread or email me:
