My WiFi works great, 3G is better then my EVO 4G and my EPIC.
My battery life is better then the 4G and EPIC as well.

Darn, i must have gotten the non lemon unit. LOL

Not so fast my friend! Mine is excellent as well. Maybe there were only a few good ones designated, one for each state. I guess I got the one for Tennessee

Yep got a good one here in Canton Michigan. Speeds are faster on the 3D when testing right next to EVO 4G.

One easy quick fix for the icon issue, after reboot, change your scene to a different one and then change right back to the one your using. The icons return to normal.

I have Tx's good one. My wife loves hers also. Tx is pretty big. Maybe they gave us two.

Had a bad one, exchanged it for a good one The original one was overheating and draining my battery super quickly. The new one works perfectly so far.

Oh, and my wife also has a good one. We're in CA.

I've definitely been having sketchy internet issues. Wi-Fi will sometimes show an error in the toolbar but it'd be connected. 4G won't connect at my house (it'll look then say disconnected) and I'm pretty sure the 4G on my bro's original Evo connected here. The connection is pretty slow, I think I was only getting 4.65 down when the 4G WAS on when I was out and about.

Battery life is pretty immaculate.

California is a big state like Texas, so maybe Cali got more than one as well . Or maybe a couple of small states didn't get theirs.

You dont think I know about all the proxy setting crap thats out there? That stuff is debatable too. I dont doubt there are more settings, but I still know their network cannot handle the customer base right now.

They admitted it to me on more than one occasion once I actually got to the real tech team. They said they cannot handle the bandwidth and doing upgrades. I was specifically given a list of a ton of cities in PA that are getting the upgrades by 7/29. was supposed to be 6/29, but got pushed back.

Seriously, you *might* know about one small region. Don't go spouting off about the whole network.

I think mine's good.. I had a green hue to some pictures but it was only on the 1st 2.. now I don't see it.

I did play around with the WB for a bit, then put it back onto auto and it seemed to somehow correct itself.

I did notice my 4G speeds weren't very fast (4mb DL, 1.5b DL) with full bars.. BUT I was inside, could that have been it? 3G speeds seem just as, if not faster, then my EVO 4G.

I DO notice that when on speakerphone with the volume all the way up I can get some crackling, but don't notice it if playing music at full volume.

I am in Texas too. Maybe since our state is so big they divided it up into regions.

For the record, I took mine back today for an exchange before my 30 day replacement timeframe was up.
I returned it for the green tint in the pics.
I had a friend over and we took some pics in my apt and its odd, half of them look great. the other half have a green tint.
I noticed right away.
Good example. Took a pic of her on the couch, then waited till the preview was gone, took another pic and that one was green.
So playing around with it som emore and half the pics we took at my apt are green.

Today at the store i was wearing black shorts, took a close up pic of my shorts and sure enough, green tint. Its hard to aruge this when i can go into gallery and show them pics of a chick and side by side they look great, then green, then great, great, great, green, green, great, green. well you get the idea.

The fix i need is the dam camera app. I can't use it without it freezing at least once. I'm noticing that my internet is a bit freezy too so i may be dl'ing dolphin browser or firefox
