Looks like Sprint Support and Community Sites are down. You can't even do a search without getting directed to a page which says:
"We're sorry
We are enhancing this section of our site and it is temporarily unavailable. We'll have the site back to you as soon as possible."
I'm hoping in a little while we'll actually see some more details about the Galaxy Note 2, including the user guide?
