Sprint TV Problems

Anyone else having problems accessing Sprint TV? I keep getting the error "you are not authorized to use this service" on both my EVO and also the Pre on my secondary line.

Was on the phone with Sprint tech support for an hour and tried everything, still get the error.
 
It's working on my EVO as of this afternoon. My Pre is no longer on the Sprint System, so can't check
 
It has to be something with my account but like I said the tech support tried everything with both phones, power cycling, reprogramming, updating network profile, etc. She said everything looks fine with my account and I should be able to access Sprint TV but I still cannot. If the problem doesn't fix itself tomorrow I guess I'll have to call again, sheesh what a pain I hope someone at Sprint can figure it out.
 
Well just to follow up, I fixed it.

I drove somewhere far from home and tried Sprint TV. It worked fine there! So while I was there I updated the network settings and when I got home it worked fine.

Very strange.
 
What exactly do you mean by "updated the network settings"?

Have you heard of any other fixes for this? Thanks.
