Sorry mine isn't more interesting. Nova Launcher with a few KitKat icons that I extracted from official APKs. The widget is from Beautiful Widget Pro. I'm also using G2 Xposed for some transparency in the navigation and notifications bars, along with a more standard navigation layout.

I tried nova launcher but for some reason it seemed to disable the knock on feature

I can still use it from the lock screen when the device is off. From the home screen I just have to knock on the notification bar instead. I've read some people have had success with getting a gesture set up in Nova to run a command in Tasker to turn the screen off, but I haven't tried it yet.

Icon pack is called Rain. I will probably change it though.
Knock On does work. Tap it right above the LG logo at the bottom and it works almost 98.6% of the time.

It is "One More Clock" and that one is called Chrome Rings. It has others that are pretty cool.
