Where are the squiggly lines?

on the homescreen, they remind me of cinemax of the 80s, I have to take the battery out, reboot and its fine for now.

Take a screen shot when its weird. Then look at photo on something else. If the photo looks funny then its software. If the screenshot photo is perfect but when you look at the actual screen its messed up then you have a hardware problem.
