Has anyone on AT&T gotten the update? I checked and it wasn't available.

It appears the the S6 and the S6 Edge are not getting the Stagefright patch. The AT&T update website does not list the patch notes for the updates, but they are live for the other phones.

Either there is some little issue holding it up, which I doubt since it's likely a very small fix considering how fast they are coming out and other phones are getting it, or it has been wrapped into the 5.1.1 update and that update is imminent, like within the next week if that is the case.

I just downloaded the update on my Sprint S6. Maybe they are releasing it in small increments. Who knows. Keep trying. Don't give up. LOL!

Don't forget AT&T has to test all of their bloatware crap they add including that stupid contacts app which was an issue for Motorola's update last year. Just another reason to look at Nexus and Motorola for my next phones. Pure and rapid non-carrier controlled updates.

Haven't got the fix yet on my At&t S6 in New Jersey. Maybe they are waiting for the 5.1 update

Haven't seen any update to S6 patch notes yet, but SamMobile just reported:

Sprint was first carrier to send out this patch for the Galaxy Note 4 and earlier today it released the same update for more Samsung devices. AT&T has followed suit by rolling out over-the-air updates for the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 Active, Galaxy S5, Galaxy S5 Active and the Galaxy Note 4.

Apparently we should see it soon.

Is a bug in which a hacker can send you a text message with an embedded video that carries the bug and once you open the message and video starts loading depending on which app you use it's said that the standard S6 Messages app doesn't download it automatically but an app like Hangouts does, pretty much with that message the hacker can take over your phone.
