This is a bit of a re-post from what I said in the main Bionic forum here.. consolidating it to make it easier to find.
Ever since I've had the Standard Dock I've had problems with my phone being very inaccurate tracking my touches whenever it's in said dock. This causes a considerable amount of irritation. It was my hope that the update 5.5.893 would fix it.. it didn't.
I eventually swapped out the charger from the one that came with the Standard Dock (with the hard-connected power cable coming out of the adapter block) to a different style that has the USB plug in it where you can swap out the cable for a different one.
The USB plug style charger seems to have fixed the issue. It's able to charge the phone and also allows the phone to accurately track my touches.
So if you have the standard dock and am running into that, try swapping the charger out of the other type.
Hope this helps.
