Standby using lots of battery

I have always charged my phone in the evening and then left it on standby until the next morning and I would have around 97% of battery life left. Now battery life is down to 75%. Anybody have any ideas why?

There could be multiple reasons that your draining your battery.

A new app that pulls data In The background, Facebook syncing / twitter GPS and or wifi. That's just a few things to mention seeing that I can't look at your device I wouldn't know what apps you have and what ones pull data. But I would put my money on that being the problem.

Try this for one night if you don't mind and see if it makes the difference. Put your phone in airplane mode. And do ur same routine. Turn on your phone and see if it didn't drain battery.

Hope you fix it. I'm running skyraider Rom and my battery life is impressive

It sounds like an app pulling data to me, too. Take kaefbaml's advice about airplane mode and tell us if it helps.

Yeah something is using the battery. I had a user with that issue and his Exchange calendar synch was in a loop as he had a corrupt calendar item. Fixed that and the battery life was back to normal.
