Something to do with notifications, perhaps. Check that everything is correct in Settings, Sounds & Notifications.

No not using Good LOCK.. found this online
Star Indicates "Priority Interruptions only" - This means you are notified/alerted only when there are some important events like calls, not for low priority notifications from apps.

Ok.. found it..settings.. do not disturb..routines... the star icon means do not disturb is on for the apartment I stay at when working.

Ah, nice find! I had found an article on the web talking about Priority Interruptions, but it was all the way back with Lollipop, and I had no idea if that was still the case with Android 13/One UI 5.1, so I didn't want to post it and look like a dodo!:p
