Starbucks App: HTC One resolution too good?

When I try to pay using the Starbucks App, the card that shows up on screen is so small that it's hard for the barista to scan.

I think this is because the 1080p resolution is too good! Believe me, I'm not complaining. This is Starbucks' fault not HTC's.

Any thoughts? Any other apps where you've noticed a similar problem?

Right, it will scan but have you compared the size of the barcode that shows up on the One to the size of the barcode you get with, say, an iPhone 5?

The barista commented that this was the smallest barcode he's seen. It will scan, it just takes longer.

I have the Galaxy S4 and all of my apps that have that barcode, Starbucks, Wallgreen's etc. are too small. No one has been able to scan them

This thread is very old. Someone dug it up so it doesn't even seem relevant anymore (I'm sure the app has benefits updated since the time of this post.)
