Started Out Great, Now Slowly Turning To Poop.

My phone thinks the earphone is in, so I can't use my phone like a normal person. I have to make calls, and listen to voice mail thru speaker. Can't watch videos, or listen to music thru regular phone speaker. The earphone jack works fine, doesn't seem like anything is broken. Any suggestions as to how to fix it? Thanks!

Take it back for warranty repair. The small piece that should depress when the headphones are removed is stuck permanently.
