Startup to second profile?

Hello, I have a tablet with mine and my kids profile set up on them. Is there a way to have it load it to the kids profile automatically instaed of me having to do my passcode, then switching to theier profile? I want them to turn it on and have it go staright to loading their profile first, then If I want to log in just switch it to mine. Mine is the first account set up, and theirs is the second. Thanks.

So if I reset the tablet and put my kids as the 1st/primary account, and then add mine afterwards will this load to thiers first (google kids account) and then mine if I want to swap profiles?

That should probably work, but is your kid's account a true kid's account (i.e., did you specify their age as being <13)? If so, then I think the device would have to be set up as being controlled by Family Link, and you probably wouldn't be able to add a secondary account.
