Status Bar and Navigation Bar Auto Hide

My girlfriend has a S22 Ultra. The status and navigation bar seem to auto hide. If you swipe down on the screen, the status bar and nav bar show, then they disappeqar after a few seconds. I cannot figure out what's going on. I toggled Navigation Bar/Gesture nav on and off to see if that reset things, but it didn't.

Also, when you swipe down to show the status and nav bar, they are transparent. I went through all the settings, and compared with my Fold 4 and I don't see any differences.

Any ideas on what to check next?

Using a 3rd party launcher or Good lock modules? Usually when u pull the notification panel down it can transparent or dark depending on dark home page or app

It's the stock launcher, but good call on the Good Lock modules. I will take a look.
