Status bar issue.

Since the Android 13 update, my status bar has been lagging when pulled down, and sometimes freezing. In that case, I've got to reboot my s21 ultra to unfreeze. Anyone else having this issue?

If it still happens after cache in recovery clear then put in safe mode
