Are anyone else experiencing their S6 Edge+, holding a 4GLTE connection? I have the T-Mobile S6 Edge+, 32g. For the first three days all was great. Over the past four days, my device flux between E and 4G, but no LTE. The only way I can get it to connect to 4GLTE is go to "Settings,,,,Mobile Networks,,,,,Network Operators. I then select "Search Now" then choose "T-Mobile". I will establish a new connection and 4GLTE will connect. It will last for maybe 15-20 mints, then drops back to fluxing from 4G to E...
Since this has started, my quality of calls have diminished and lots of missed calls going straight to voicemail.
I have great T-Mobile service in my home/office and my second line (partners S5) has no issues whatsoever. My previous phones never had any issues with maintaining 4GLTE in any part of my home/office.
I checked with T-Mobile to make sure there were no tower issues, ect. ect, and they reported all is well in my area. T-Mobile Tech support and I, went through the usual "troubleshoot" techniques, which I already preformed. 1. Cleared Cache partion 2. Reboot, 3. Factory wipe and reset as New Device. Still no luck....
T-Mobile sent me a new device that is to be delivered today. I am nervous that this device will do the same. These phones are prices extremely high to take a chance on such issues.
Anyone have any other advice or suggestions?
Thanks in advance..
