Step goal on the 360 different than on my phone

In Google Fit.

On the phone I have my step goal set at 10,000, yet every day my 360 congratulates me for hitting my goal of 2,761.

Anyone know how I could correct this, hopefully without uninstalling everything and doing a factory reset...again? lol

Make sure the phone and watch are paired.

Also, the apps you are using should be the same, or compatible. Otherwise, you'll be getting different readings like you are experiencing now.
