steps before a replacement?

I'm getting a replacement V10 soon, and I want to make sure i back everything up first. Any ideas or steps I should take before sending it in? All I can think of is backing up my launcher settings, anything else? Thanks in advance.

Use LG Backup and restore to do backup to SD card. In addition I use LG Bridge for backup, for redundancy. They do the same thing but Bridge is PC based. Confirm both complete successfully. I also do backup of SMS/MMS and Call logs with the app "SMS Backup & Restore" - I think still the best.

Also make sure you wipe the old phone of data if possible. Depends on the issue you are having though. I sent mine in for replacement for an overheating issue so it still booted. I did a complete factory restore as a new device.
