Steps to removed unwanted application - After Root

steps to remove application after Root
su
remount rw
cd system\app
rm Sample.apk (pls take note that this is case sensitive)
after complete removed all applications that you want remount (remount ro)
reboot

Words in RED are command to be used.

Above didn't work, I use the following:

su
mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/mtdblock0 /system
cd system/app
ls (shows a list of the apps installed in that directoy)
rm SampleApp.apk(use the same steps to remove more)
reboot (once finished removing all you want to remove)

Or you can use root explorer.
