Can anyone help confirm if my Nexus has an issue? When I play anything, sound only comes out of the top speaker.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Thanks.

My top speaker sounds louder than the bottom, but theres for sure sound coming out of both. I didnt think anything of it honestly.

When you put the volume on the lowest setting before it is mute do you hear sound from both the top and bottom speakers?
I don't hear anything on the bottom speaker.

Mine has sound on the lowest volume on both speakers. You might want to replace your unit.

I don't have mine yet, but it seems like you may misunderstand how the sound works. it contains 4 speakers, 2 on each side. these speakers use software to simulate surround sound. technically it is physically 4.0 'surround' sound hardware wise, but since tablet speakers are small and close together, it's really not useful for surround sound. this is why the software increases perceived differences between the speakers, through frequency and volume. depending on your audio source and settings, you may only hear default stereo, and a speaker may not produce any sound at all. example: if something is in stereo, but only uses one channel, it will come out of only one speaker. you're going to have to do some audio settings changes and different audio source testing in order to really tell if it's just you making a mistake, or if the speaker actually isn't working.

Thanks for the help y'all. I returned it and got another one. I just checked to see if the new one had the same issue and it doesn't. :)
