Still can't access Stickers in the newest version?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy Note 5. I've seen the latest changelog and the description in the Google play store, and I *should* be able to use stickers now too. And I know it's not an android thing because I have other friends with Android phones that can use them. Any explanation as to what is going on?
