still finishing update 12 hours later?

So I updated my phone around 1030am and it saying its still finishing update. I have tried restarting phone. I really hope I don't need to reset the device

Go to settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>system apps
Find these apps and clear there data ,cache and force stop.

Software update >should be 2
System UI
System update

Make sure your battery mode in optimized or high performance and adaptive is not toggled on , long press power mode in pull down notification panel

Yeah that will turn on medium power saving at some point and notification will be delayed, you should be ok with it toggled off , your welcome!
