still no screen timeout with swype

New version of swype released. Once I install my screen will no longer time out unless I manually do it.

Only fix is to uninstall. Anyone else with this issue?

Does it timeout on other screens or is it only while in Swype? Not trying to say anything but if it's only while in Swype the program may be set that way. I have a couple apps that will not timeout while using them but they do not affect everything else.

Haven't experienced this with VZ Gingerbread and clean swype install.

Only complaint is that sometimes swype interface refuses to dissapear when double press menu button while in Sensed browser. Workaround is home, then go back to app and its gone.

Sounds like a dump and reinstall is in order.

Trust me tried everything when the swype update to 3.25 happened.

I'm over it now, just thought the update may fix it.
