Still not getting 4.4.4 update

Umm, I already have the official 5.0.1 running on my M8 and I got it from an OTA update.

So you have to be more specific about your M8, is it branded like (Verizon, .... etc)? what area are you from? You have to provide those information so that members can help you.

I think he's talking about AT&T release of the 4.4.4 kitkat unlike most other couriers having already received that update many months ago.

Then at this time I doubt that they will ever push 4.4.4 for their users, as they could skip it and push Lollipop, you know, considering that it has already been released.

In Romania, the latest Android version for M8 is 4.4

AT&T has updated some phones to 4.4.4. They may update the M8 later, or they may have no plans to update the M8. (Unless you need the SSL fix [for Heartbleed], there's really not much difference between 4.4.2 and 4.4.4. If you don't do anything secure on the phone, it shouldn't be a problem.)
